ATLAS Career Day: Empowering Undocumented Professionals – Thursday, December 12th

THIS EVENT IS ONLY FOR STUDENTS. 
Students who are interested should let their teachers!
Students are also welcome to come directly to room 319A to sign up in person.

Event Details:

• Date: Thursday, December 12th
• Time: 9th period (Students will receive passes to attend if they have a 9th-period class)
• Location: Classrooms
• Presentations: We will feature three different career fields:
  1. Housing Advocacy led by Eva Santos Veloz (English and Spanish presentation)
  2. Immigration Law led by Jazmin Reynoso Ortiz (English and Spanish presentation)
  3. Immigrant Advocacy at John Jay led by Jody-Ann Thomas and Kevin Harrilall (English presentation)

Additional Notes:

• Students with 9th-period classes will receive a pass to attend the event.
• All students attending will receive invitations for the event to ensure they know which room their chosen presentation will be in.
