ATLAS High School Halloween 2025
Dear Students and Families,
With Halloween falling on a Friday this year, we are excited to celebrate the holiday in the spirit of fun, creativity, and community here at ATLAS High School!
On Friday, October 31, students are welcome to dress up and participate in our Halloween festivities. To ensure a safe and positive environment for everyone, please review and follow the guidelines below regarding Halloween costumes:

Costumes must be school-appropriate.

Students may dress in costume as long as the attire is suitable for a school setting and does not disrupt the learning environment. Final discretion rests with the school administration.

No costumes depicting violence or containing offensive or inappropriate themes.

Costumes that include blood, gore, weapons, or that are disrespectful to any group or individual are not permitted.

No props or items that could be considered unsafe or distracting.

This includes items such as sticks, canes, brooms, toy weapons, or any large/inflatable accessories that may be cumbersome or deemed inappropriate by staff.

Face masks, full-face coverings, or face paint that obscures identity are not allowed.

Students must remain easily identifiable for safety reasons.
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in keeping our celebration respectful, inclusive, and safe. Let’s make this Halloween a memorable day filled with creativity and school spirit!

Past Announcements
September 9, 2024
- Hispanic Heritage Month begins September 15h, 2024. We will have a door decorating contest and other activities.
- Saturday programs begin on Saturday September 14th, 2024 at 8:30AM- 12:30PM.
- All students need access to the NYC Students email account. If you cannot access the email please make an appointment with Neyely in guidance room 112.
- Students were given new Yondr pouches for their cell phones today. Students must bring their Yondr pouches everyday and must have their ID cards to swipe in.
